While we didn't really re-invent the wheel with our Eco Skates, we did change our design philosophy to create a more sustainable product for inline skaters. Eco skates are designed for fitness skaters who appreciate and want a "green" skate. K2's Eco skates feature, PET Liners, PET Meshes, PET Laces, PET Webbing, Bamboo Frames and recycled packaging. At K2, we realize that no inline skate will ever be 100% sustainable, but with our Eco Skates we are going our part to "Save the planet, one skate at a time."
