Comments about Midtown Inline Skate:

I am a heavy urban "City" skater. Lots of dance/slolom primarily commuting and periods of skating around downtown or to work for at least 3 hours a day or more at least 4 days a week.estimated 200 miles skating a month MINIMUM.

Buy these before they dont make them anymore. Period. The kind of features you get and have availibity to make this price p.e.r.f.e.c.t. (about 250 usd)

A thing not widely known but is mentionable is the k2 varsity plates fit right over the one piece soul plates. YES MOD-ABLE SOLE PLATES. Not anything that would void a warranty. Just 2 longer screws and the addittional plates.

The stock frames are so well designed i personally think with a little more effort they could sell these aftermarket and make some more money with a couple of design changes. The sleeve axle system trumps saturn rings for a number of reasons. Speedy and sturdy as granite stock frames. Do not grind on them! These simply arent for that. If you want to dabble in aggressive skating theyre ok for it. Not designed for it.good to start practicing your lock on stairs and anything else requires an hblock or will tear apart your axle heads and the frame system. The Wheels were a little soft for 85 but chalky as id expect them to be. Toss replace or set aside the abec5s first thing.

K2,take this advice ask your web design guy and whoever it takes to get you selling the axles in frame bits and 45 straps on your site YESTERDAY. You clearly make them just sell them!

Bottom line these are great functioning no matter what your disciplin theyre comfortable enough for pain and soreness not to be a factor and good looking enough to be respectable ,with features before only available to aggressive skaters but no limits period from pursuing other disciplines.
