The first Sunday Streets event of 2009 was a great success. Big thanks to those of you who came out and volunteered to help both the effort and those skaters that had such a great time. I am gathering all the media coverage including a huge photo in the SF Examiner of CORA President Chris Duderstadt and Vice President Lainie Monsef. C.O.R.A. is on the move. We’re not going to wait for some magic situation to develop that will revive skating We are doing something about it. That was just the beginning. We are gearing up in 2 weeks for another Sunday Streets event on May 10, Mother’s Day. Should the slogan will be “Come Skate with Yo Mama @ Sunday Streets”?
